Socowave raised its initial capital from private investors and Enterprise Ireland. It recently secured Series A funding from Balderton Capital and it is fully funded to meet its current plans.
The global devices manufacturer made a minor investment in Socowave in February 2011, this investment was also supported by a technology cooperation agreement.
